On offer is a Genuine Sheffield Assayed Silver Bladed Letter Opener bearing a Mother of Pearl Handle. The item has a Silver blade with a mirror finish. Each Letter Opener is meticulously restored and silver finished to perfection.

The Silver Blade is hallmarked with the with the letter M for 1914 along with the Lion Passant, Crown and the Makers mark which is JD&S - the makers mark for the sought after James Dixon & Sons. The item is in fantastic condition for its age as the photos reflect, hallmarks are in pristine condition. The Paper Knife is 20 cm in length and weighs 47 grammes.
