Production used fire evacuation map and instructions that were used on the set of Mindhunter throughout the FBI Academy. I was unable to match these which is why they are production used. 

This was personally obtained through a Netflix prop liquidation sale held at the studios Mindhunter Season 1 & 2 were filmed in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. This was not "advertised" as a Mindhunter sale, however, Mindhunter is the only Netflix series recently filmed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and there was plenty of Mindhunter items with labels at the sale.

All items were sold "As is, Where is" and no COA's were provided.
