On occasion, there may be some small scuffs and very slight scratching but CD's play fine and are guaranteed. Inserts are included unless otherwise noted. They May have some slight creasing or indents from the case closing on them. Jewel cases may range from new and sealed to slightly cracked, saw cut or drilled. Broken cases are always replaced. Records are also in at least VG+ Condition for the vinyl and cover.
