Vintage porcelain half doll / pincushion head,

Research indicates that this originates from Germany and dates back to the pre-1930 era.  

I am not a collector, so please review photos and judge for yourself.

Approximately 1.75" x 0.5"

Condition:  looks to be in very good condition.  Color seems nice.  I didn't see any damage like chips or cracks.  It does have dried glue around bottom.  It is also in need of a gentle cleaning to remove dust particles and/or dirt.
