Compact, lightweight and still powerful: The cordless impact wrench is designed to be around 30% more compact than similar impact wrenches. This makes it as flexible as possible and handy to use. This professional impact wrench has a 1/2in (12.7mm) external square bit socket and provides a max. Torque level of 260Nm. The max. release torque is 500Nm. Torque level and speed can be perfectly adapted to the respective material across three settings. You can use the additional auto-stop setting to perfectly tighten wheel bolts and nuts, as the impact wrench stops at max. approx. 100Nm to prevent overtightening and to allow tightening by means of a torque wrench.
It has an integrated LED light for optimum visibility of your working area. In order to quickly have both hands free while working, a belt clip is provided for easy interim storage of your cordless impact wrench on your belt. With its internal hexagon bit adapter, supplied, you can also screw in large, long wood screws without any problems. A practical nut set for changing tyres is also included in the scope of delivery.

When you place an order with us, we like to make sure our delivery charges are plain and simple to understand. It may seem like a heavy read but it will answer all your delivery enquires.
We send our orders from our warehouse via Royal Mail or one of our couriers below, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. The only exception to this are items that are delivered on a palletised service which will have to be booked in with a member of our Buyaparcel team.
Any parcel being delivered by courier will require a signature on arrival. If you are not at home the driver will leave an information card.
You can track the progress of your parcel by the Track My Order link at the top of the page. If your goods have been sent by a trackable service you will be able to track your order stage by stage using the couriers online tracking system.
Buyaparcel UK Deliveries - Couriers
We currently use three different delivery methods depending on the size, weight and number of items you order from us.

All small items under approx 1.5-2.0kg will be sent via second class post (Economy delivery).
Delivery is normally within 3-4 days of despatch but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. This service is a partially tracked delivery service.

On the morning of your delivery, an email and a text message (if mobile number provided) will be sent to you with a one hour delivery window. If the date and time is not convenient, you can simply either text back or reply back via the website to choose the next convenient date, leave in a safe place or leave with a neighbour.
If delivery is missed then this will be sent back to your closest depot. Please check the UKMAIL/DHL site for your closet depot.
Customers in delivery Zones 2 and 3 will be subject to a surcharge of £6.50. Details of these zones are below.
Zone 2
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Zone 3
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25. Scottish freight will be sent via a 24 hour courier service, however due to the distance travelled it may take 48 hours before delivery is made. Glasgow Edinburgh North Wales Truro Ireland Parcels sent to the areas listed which have been despatched in more than one box, may be split up in transit and could arrive with a day’s difference in the delivery. Please note - items over 1.4m are manually handled through sortation, this can cause the item to take up to 48hrs to be delivered. 
If you goods are being delivered on a pallet, you will need to sign for this. A pallet delivery is sent on a standard 2 day delivery service once this has been booked in by a member of the team. Your order will NOT be delivered until the courier have got in touch with you to arrange a delivery date.
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful then there will be a re-delivery charge of £10.00

Our store is open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm so any orders placed over the weekend will be available for collection on Monday. Weekdays any orders placed up until midnight will be available for collection the following day. This excludes bank holidays.
Please wait for confirmation that your order has been picked and is ready for collection before you travel. You will be required to bring your ebay order confirmation and a form of photo ID on collection.


PayPal - the preferred payment method ensuring fastest dispatch. Items will be sent as soon as payment has cleared from a confirmed PayPal account.

Credit / Debit card - We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We offer a 30 day return policy. Once you inform a member our team, you can then return the parcel within 30 days of receiving the goods. This is under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in a resalable condition otherwise are not eligible for a refund. Items returned after 30 days or with poor condition packaging will be subject to a deduction of 15% restocking fee.
• Carriage charges for returning unwanted parcels or items ordered in error are at your expense, we cannot be held responsible for this.
• Please use a traceable service, otherwise there is a possibility the courier could misdeliver your goods and your parcel will not be relocated. We cannot be responsible for which courier you choose to return any items back with.
Damaged/Incorrect Goods:
If you need to return an item due to an error we have made or because your item is damaged, please contact our team within 7 working days* who will resolve this with you (*this varies per courier). It is highly important that you check your goods as soon as they are received. Please note:
• Damaged items delivered by UK Mail must be reported within 3 days of receipt (loss must be reported within 3 days of expected delivery date).
• Damaged items delivered with Palletways must be noted when you sign for it and reported to us within 24 hours. It must be signed as either damaged or unchecked for the claim to hold.
• Return costs will only be covered if authorised by a member of the Buyaparcel team.
• We cannot be held responsible for an arranged collection that fails. If this occurs, you will need to return the parcel of your own accord, no matter the reason for the original collection.
• The items must be returned within 30 days of notifying us, along with a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.
Faulty Goods:
If your item arrives faulty, you must report it to us within 24 hours. The item can then be collected and refunded or replaced. Any items reported as faulty outside of this time frame will need to be dealt with under the warranty. Please contact our team via phone or email who will advise on the warranty procedure, or visit the product in question on our website where the warranty procedure is explained online.
Some faulty products must follow procedure and be sent to the manufacturer for testing. They will diagnose the fault and either repair or replace the unit under the warranty. To find out if yours is one of these products, you can check this against the warranty tab available on each individual product listing.
Once any return is received back we will process it within 7 days
Order Cancellations:
Once you place an order with us, there is only a short time frame we are able to cancel that in – this is even shorter if you have selected a Next Day delivery option. Please contact us immediately by and our team will do their best to arrange this for you. Please note:
• Emailing us that you wish to cancel your order does NOT guarantee its cancellation. Only once the order has been confirmed as cancelled by a member of our team is this the case.
• Once an order is in the despatching process, we are then unable to cancel it.
• We do not take financial responsibility for the cost of the return of any products ordered in error or that are no longer wanted.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to it being refused, a £10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
We work hard to ensure we are partnering with the best delivery companies. On occasions, Royal Mail and our couriers may have difficulties making a delivery due to address issues etc. If this is the case you will be contacted by the carrier advising how to arrange redelivery. If a delivery is unsuccessful the parcel will be returned to us & our team will then notify you. We will resend the parcel once a full redelivery fee has been made.

We cannot accept products of a certain nature back once they have been installed, such as shower pumps and toilet cisterns. Installation of these products activates the manufacturer’s warranty and hereby need to be dealt with according to their guide lines.
