This is a Very Nice Vintage Couleuvre Ligne Limoise Porcelain Trinket Dish/Ash Tray. It has a colorful hand painted floral pattern in the center with gold trim and accents.

 The dish measure approximately 5" long. 

The bottom is marked, EDITIONS D’ART A TIRAGE RESERVE SUR PORCELAINE DE COULEUVRE FONDEE EN 1789 LIGNE LIMOISE MADE IN FRANCE. 

Dish is in good vintage condition. There are no chips or cracks.
