The ring is a size 6.5

It is a little over 1/2 inch wide at the top and about 1/8 inch wide at the bottom of the band. 

The ring and pendant are in good, used condition. . Otherwise there is light wear consistent with use. There is tarnish present on the ring that I have not attempted to clean. 

It is labeled Lorenzo 925 18k on the inside of the band as you can see in my pictures.
