Luke Skywalker (Dagobah Landing) 2010 Hasbro Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back Vintage Collection VC44 Action Figure! Packaging is in good condition (I in no way claim this is in “mint condition” see photos to judge condition for yourself).

NOT MINT CONDITION POLICY:

I do not claim that anything I sell is 100% museum quality / completely flawless / mint condition. Most of it comes second hand. Items might be a little dusty or have basic shelf wear. Please examine all photos carefully before buying to determine condition of any item for yourself.

PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS and read all the details about this item before purchasing or bidding. Items are sold as is, so what you see in the photos is exactly what you get (except sometimes, standard stands and other items noted above might not be included).

NO RETURNS once the shipping label for the item has been purchased and printed.

CONDITION POLICY: We try to be 100% transparent regarding condition and other facts about each item, but many items are not from my own personal collection and might be from other 3rd party previous owners. Please review all photos prior to purchasing to judge for yourself on their legitimacy and condition. If you see something we might have missed, please feel free to contact us regarding that information.

WE RECYCLE: 90% of our mailing packaging is recycled from previous purchases. So, items you order from us may arrive in Amazon or other company boxes.

PACKAGING FOR SHIPPING: All items are packaged as carefully as possible with bubble wrap (and more if needed) before mailing.

SHIPPING SPEED: Items are shipped out as soon as possible. Items ordered on a Saturday and/or Sunday are not shipped out until the next non-holiday work day. We mostly use USPS Ground Advantage and Media Mail. We do not have any control over delayed deliveries once we hand over the package(s) to the USPS, so order well in advance of any holidays or events you may want the item delivered in time for because we do not guarantee delivery time.

DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPPING: We are also not responsible for any items that may be damaged, stolen or lost during shipping but will work with you to help you either locate your item (if possible) or help you get a refund from eBay or from the USPS as soon as possible. Please remember, once your item is delivered to the post office, it is out of our hands and they become responsible, so if the item(s) arrives damaged or missing, it was their fault, not ours… so please keep that in mind when writing any reviews.
