This auction is for TWO MINT NEVER HINGED, DIE-CUTTING OMITTED ERROR Pairs of the 33c Flag Over Porch Self-Adhesive Coil. 

The first pair is the more common Scott # 3281a, the Type I with LARGE "1999" year date--This pair is also MISCUT 2mm Upwards. The Scott catalogue of Errors, 20th edition states that several hundred pairs of this variety exist.

The second pair is the SCARCE #3281e, the Type II with SMALL Year Date. Scott states that 55-60 Pairs are known. 

See above scan to note differences in size of "1999" Year Date. This scan above is a stock scan but the pairs that you will receive will be of the same superior quality.

The Pairs have no flaws.

The Scott catalogue of Errors, 20th edition (most recent) values a normal (not miscut) #3281a at $30.00. #3281e IS LISTED at $550.
