This seller makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the parts sold and shall be held harmless by Buyer for any damages, losses or claims arising out of Buyer’s use of the parts. Buyer shall be exclusively responsible to determine if the part is suitable for Buyer’s intended purpose and agrees to have the part installed by qualified personnel . Buyer is aware that the part may be used or after market.
