USED. But still legit.  The outermost plastic lining that had the specs printed on it is not on these lengths. It basically lost its nametag but not its integrity to get the job done. The rest of the jacket/sheath is good. Tis worthy of usage. Leftovers from jobs in telecommunications.  Pictures show expected condition and details.
