The Homelite Wiz is being sold As Is due to not being started/serviced. The pull cord is INOP. It will pull and retract but will not turn the engine over. Nothing is frozen. Manually turned the motor and the sprocket turns freely. The fuel cap is missing and there are a few dings on the handle. The overall condition of the saw can be viewed in the pictures.
