This listing is for a very rare new Sealed first edition of ROADHOUSE on VHS From 1989 by MGM Home Video. Starring Patrick Swayze. This VHS is original and still sealed. They later updated the cover this is rare first edition. See pictures for details. Small tear near his elbow on the cover but otherwise A nice gradeable VHS in my opinion. It's such a rare find.
