Original promotional postcard for “Death or Glory,” an exhibition of tattoo-inspired art by D.E. Hardy (Don Ed Hardy), held April 3 through May 2, 1993 at La Luz de Jesus Gallery in Los Angeles. Features striking full-color artwork on front with exhibition details on reverse. Measures approximately 4" x 6". Light wear consistent with age, including some adhesive remnants on the reverse.
This early 1990s card represents Hardy's influential role in elevating tattoo art into the fine art world. La Luz de Jesus, known for championing underground and outsider artists, helped bridge street-level counterculture and gallery recognition.
