Our Fluorescent Pigment Powder is ready for mixing in a base of your choice - from automotive bases, to glass, to candles, to acrylic, to nail varnish, and many more craft-based activities. Our pigments have been manufactured to glow brightly during daylight hours and, when paired with a black light (shining a UV light on the pigment), can give off a 'soft glow appearance' in the dark.
