A toenail broke off in a previous move and I've glued it back together. It in in my last photo, but it is hard to see, even in person. Otherwise, this is a stunning piece, carved from one piece of wood. The painting is meticulous with very fine details. It was made by Bertha Cruz Morales in Arrazola, Oaxaca, Mexico. I bought it from her at her home when I interviewed her for a newspaper travel article in 1996. The New York Times featured her later. She has become well-known and deservedly so. I'm only selling the iguana because my rent is too high!

The lizard is almost 12" long, 8" wide and 7" tall.
