There are many kinds of adjustable multi spindle drilling heads available.
The one on photo is 2 spindles model. Model: ST108-ER11
The frame is made by cast aluminum.
Just the drilling head net weight is 6.1KGS.
Add accessories like wrenches, arbor, spring,etc. Net weight is 7 KGS Gross weight:7.7 KGS.
The maximum spindle distance can be 108MM. The minimum spindle distance can be 18MM.
Before you place order, please confirm your machine spindle sleeve diameter and nose depth.
We should make the mounting sleeve parts according to customer's machine.
On the last photo, standard aluminum adapter inner diameter is 65MM.Can be made according to customer's drilling machine spindle sleeve diameter where to mount the drilling head.
We used to make adapter with 55MM,60MM hole diameter.
Customer should measure and tell us D1,D2,T,H1,H2,H3 and H4 of his drilling machine. So that we can confirm the drilling heach can fit with customer's machine or not.
Our price includes the 2 spindle drilling head, MT2 arbor. Doesn't include ER11 collets, drill bits.
ER11 collet holding capacity: 1 to 7MM diameter drill bits.(Max. to 0.276 inch diameter drill bit.)
If customer needs collets, can tell us the model and we then can prepare and make quotation accordingly.
If customer's drill bit is bigger than 7MM, for example 8MM, 9MM, 3/8" drill bits, we suggest even bigger model like ST125-ER16, or ST125-ER20.
ER16 collet holding capacity: 1 to 10MM diameter drill bits.(Max. to 0.3937 inch diameter drill bit.)
