If we ?have room?, we will use the ?Best Offer? option. If ?Best Offer? is not an option, we don?t have room.  We will not respond to offers sent via message.  We only respond to offers actually submitted through the Best Offer system.  Offers are more serious when backed by a credit card that can be charged.  If we are too far apart, we won?t submit a counter offer. If we are close, we will counter. If your offer is within our range, we?ll accept.

Condition:

We are not professional graders and cannot answer questions related to the condition of the cards.  We do our best to represent truthfully and accurately.  All raw cards are listed in ?Excellent? condition to avoid misleading a buyer about whether or not it is in ?mint/near mint? as a professional grader may think differently.  We also won?t respond to questions about grades. Any significant damage will be noted in the listing title, description, or photos, and the card will be listed in ?very good? condition.

Cards can have any number of issues including, but not limited to surface scratches, flaws, dings, chips, wear, and issues with edges/corners, centering, etc.  See photos and make your own assessment.

Graded card cases may come chipped, scratched, and scuffed. We do not offer partial refunds or returns because of the condition of the case. 

Raw Cards are sold ?As-Is?, and grades or expected grades will not be noted or discussed.

Please read the provided eBay card condition table to best explain in detail any damage associated with the selected condition of the item. 

Items that are noted as EXCELLENT or WORSE may/will have one or many of the following issues: scratches, dings, dimples, off-centered, stains, rough edges, nicked corners, or creases.  Again, please use photos provided to determine your opinion of the condition before bidding. 

We will not honor refunds for cards you were expecting in Gem Mint Condition when we clearly state it is Excellent or worse.

Photos:

Photos are provided within the listing.  We try and represent all of our cards the best we can so you can get the best view of the condition of the card. Any significant damage will be noted in listing and/or noticeable in a photo. 

Shipping:

Raw cards under $20 are shipping using eBay Standard Envelope. They are shipping in a Top Loader.

All Graded Cards and Cards over $20 are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. There is a flat fee for shipping. Any insurance costs above the flat fee amount are covered by us.  If shipping for high valued cards seems high, consider that it includes insurance for shipping to protect both of us.

Items are shipped to the address provided by Ebay at the time of payment. No exceptions can be made.

Cards are shipped within 3 days of purchase and tracking for all purchases will be provided. 

We cannot attest to where a package is once the USPS receives it.

Combined Shipping:

Combined Shipping is available, but only when items are paid together in a single transaction! It is not allowed on International shipping per eBay policy.

Payments:

All payments must be made through eBay. No other forms of payment accepted.  We don?t do ?insta?, so please don?t ask.  Payment of unpaid items are reported and items are relisted after 7 days.  Per eBay policy, placing a bid is a commitment to buy and orders will not be cancelled under any circumstance.  Buyers will be reported for non-payment.
