No electricity! No cables! Just lots of hot water for your wood-fired hot tub :-)


A stainless steel heater coil with welded stainless steel fireguard, two 50 cm lengths of heat-resistant hose, brass connectors, stand and ashpan. Great for heating water without electricity and made from highly robust materials for long-term outdoor use.  

This set is ideal for heating smaller oval stock tanks (4ft or 5ft) or outdoor bathtubs. 

The heater coil:
  • 6 metres of 1”(25.4mm) stainless 304 steel tube (with a 1.5mm wall)
  • inner diameter - 300mm
  • outer diameter (including the smoke guard) - approx. 362mm
  • approx. 180mm (6 coils) high - works well with both wood and charcoal
  • comes with 300mm tails (tail length is measured from the outermost edge of the coil to the end of the tail).

The fireguard:
  • made from 0.9mm stainless steel sheet, 250mm tall
  • fitted and welded around the coil
  • enhances the thermo-syphon effect of the coil, containing the heat of the fire and channeling airflow more effectively.
The hose:
  • heavy-duty, 1" heat-resistant hose
  • can withstand up to 120 degrees centigrade
  • comes unattached to coil for ease of delivery - snug fit but a firm push will attach it to the tails. Stainless steel jubilee clips provided to secure the hose.
The brass connectors:
  • two threaded brass hose barbs, which plug into the end of the hose
  • two threaded brass bulkhead connectors (1" male & 3/4 inch female thread), which screw onto the hose barbs
  • a simple way to attach a heater coil with flexible hose to your hot tub setup.

The stand and ashpan:
  • STAND - our sturdy stand is 35cm square, 20cm tall and made from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel square bar, with 304 stainless steel mesh welded on top. To keep the stand steady on uneven ground, it comes with M10 stainless steel hex bolts as feet, allowing you to adjust the height of each leg as you need it. We also provide stainless steel jubilee clips to help secure your coil to the stand
  • ASHPAN - our ashpan is 40cm square, with a 5.5cm lip all round, made from 0.7mm stainless steel sheet. It is welded at the sides but with small holes at each corner to allow for drainage (helpful if stored outside).
