SHIPPING
- EBay includes the tracking number once shipped in the Purchase
History folder = Track Package. Once shipped, it is not possible to cancel.
DELIVERY
NOTE - If USPS tracking shows your parcel as delivered and it was not delivered;
it is best to wait a few days for the delivery to actually occur. From time to
time, buyers have contacted me about this issue. I believe this happens if the
carrier delivers to the wrong address and the person who received it returns it
to the carrier for proper delivery. If this does not work out, filing a missing
package report with the USPS is the next step. The USPS seems able to
determine the address of misdelivered packages based on the time and order of
scanning.
ASK
BEFORE YOU BUY - It is expensive to handle returns, and many of the parts sold
look similar or may require skills to install. Some items sold may require the
buyer to hire a service professional to install them. I am happy to answer any
questions before the sale. If you do not ask questions and decide you do
not want the part, you can use the listing images to resell the part you
purchased instead of a return.
