We take high-res images so you can (and should) see clearly what you are getting. We do not use stock photos. What you see in the listing images is what you receive.

You can only use your current eyeglass and sunglass lenses in the exact same model and brand you already have. Just because the frames claim to have the same dimensions, the shape won't be identical. This is the cause of most returns, so double check before you order. If you broke your frames, you can use the lenses in a new frame, but only an identical brand-model-size frame.

Yes, the Rx you need can be filled by an online lens provider or a traditional brick-and-mortar eyglasses store.

The vast majority, but not all, of our frames come with manufacturer branded demo lenses in them. In addition, some frames will be shown with tags -- e.g., price, size, etc. -- attached. This is how we received them, typically from a retail establishment's inventory. Other frames will have no tags attached. This is how we received them, typically from a manufacturer's inventory. In many instances, manufacturer branded cases and other accessories are not available to us. Branded demo lenses will be viewable in the listing images, as will any tags, and any manufacturer branded accessories -- i.e., case, cloth -- so if you are wondering what is included with the frames purchased, the listing images will tell the complete story. If there is something that is not perfectly clear in the listing images, please ask and we'll make sure!

We pack your frames with care! Our shipping boxes are made specifically for frames and bubble wrap protects the contents within until they arrive at your door. If you see a manufacturer branded case or cleaning cloth in the listing images, those frames will be shipped with the depicted accessories included as part of the sale. All other frames are shipped inside a high-quality Apex Optical branded case and with an Apex Optical branded cleaning cloth, both of which will be depicted in the listing images. If you place an order by 11:00 a.m., ET, Monday through Friday, we typically ship out the same day, and always prior to the end of the next business day.

And, shop with confidence. If you do not love your frames, you can return them for a refund within 30 days. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
