This is a Great Britain OHMS Paid Cover.  It was sent from London to Oxford on 10/6/1884.

What makes this little guy really special is the H.L. REID Handstamp Countersign on the front, along with the OFFICIAL PAID CDS Circle in RED.  There is also an Oxford Receiver on the back.
