This is a Great Britain Repurposed Stamped OHMS Cover/Stationery.  It was sent from Coles Bay, England to Los Angeles, California, USA on 3/20/1950.

What makes this little guy really special is that it contains the letter, which is a thank-you from Andy Beveridge to his brother in California thanking him for sending him food.  It was sent on a Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Stationery.  This one's unusual and interesting!
