This was a wonderful estate sale find. The item is the TMNT Secret Sewer Lair Playset. This particular set also includes 4 Z-Line Ninja Playsets! Everything is 100% complete except for 4 of the small fasteners, but all 12 are not needed (pictured).

My son and I assembled all of the sets to ensure nothing was needed or broken. I organized most of the parts into separate bags.
