This is a Great Britain OHMS Registered Cover.  It was sent from London to Derby Ireland on 3/29/1922.

What makes this little guy really special is the CROWN S.C.T.T. SEAL HANDSTAMP in black ion the front, along with the Red Registered Oval.  The cover is marked private and has a London backstamp.
