All cards are shipped USPS Ground Advantage (Unless otherwise arranged) with tracking, penny sleeve, top loader (one touch/slab if applicable) with card armor in a bubble mailer, not PWE.  Up to $100 in Insurance included, if card value is over $100, insurance will be increased to declared value at no additional charge.
