The Lp is in Near Mint Condition and it Looks, Plays & Sounds as if or very close to being Like New - Please keep in mind that the title tracks were taken from recordings from the 1920’s and while some flaws in the original recording may be heard, they are not from a flaw in the Lp itself.
The Cover is in Very Good(+) Condition and displays a hint of ring wear and a hint of seam & corner wear mostly along the bottom & opening seams.
