1 pocket on the side with a button.
2 pockets on the back with buttons. 
Decorative strap with a button on the sides of the leg bottom.

Measurements with the pants laying flat, fabric not stretched;

Waist: 36 in. (Measured across the very top, then doubled.)  
Hips: 44 in. (Measured across the base of the zipper from edge to edge then doubled the number.) 
Rise: 11 in. (Measured from the crotch seam up to the top of the waist band in the front.) 
Inseam: 20 in. (Measured along the inside leg from the crotch seam to the bottom hem.)
Outseam: 29 in. (Measured along the outside leg from the top of the waist band to the bottom hem.)
Flare: 9 in. (Measured at the end of the pant leg across the bottom opening.)
