Nick Merdenyan Meeting Point Hand Made Leaf Calligraphy Art Istanbul Turkey
Comes with a velvet case, coa, and some info on Nick Merdenyan. He is know world wide for his painting and calligraphy on leaves. His canvases are the faded leaves of the Dieffenbachia and Caladium plants, one of which was gifted to him years ago for his son's baptism in 1968. He stores his leaves in between the pages of his large books until they are just right for paint. Today, he works with a team of artists, in addition to composing his own art. Some of his customers include Laura Bush and Hillary Clinton. The leaf calligraphy is enclosed in a glass case.
Condition: Pre-owned in excellent condition. Outer box shows age, handling and storage wear.
