I have held and inspected over 300 of these Chrome cards and very few if any could be considered perfect. They all have some sort of surface, corner, or edge issues that would keep them from receiving a perfect grade. Surface scratches or slight indentations from the rollers that automate the production process may leave marks on the cards. Please be aware of these common issues and please do not expect a perfect gradeable card. I would imagine 9's would be the highest you could expect if graded with the majority of these cards being 8 or lower due to these issues. 

These are all serial numbered /25 on the back as shown in the general photos of the item. I didn't take photos of all of the backs of the cards but the serial number is there on every card. XY/25.
