How to make the UV function work?
Please make sure the two small rollers at the base of the machine are pressed tightly against the surface. If not, the UV function will not work.

Why does the machine suddenly stop working during use?
The machine stops as its overheat protection is activated, halting the brush or suction motor. It's not broken; just cool it for 5 minutes before restarting, and ensure usage under Rated Voltage: 120V~60Hz.

How to install the aroma pad?
Please open the lid on the top of the machine. The slot on the left is for essential oils, and the slot on the right is for aroma pad. Place the aroma pad into the right slot.
