This item is brand new and sealed. It will be packaged in a way to prevent damage to the product. The item will be shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. In some cases signature tracking may be required. 

Returns are only accepted if the WRONG IS ITEM SENT. Even if the wrong item is sent, there is no need to open the incorrect box, it must be returned UNOPENED. Returns must be processed within 14 days.
