At Sam’s Motorsports, we understand that everything doesn’t always work out according to plan and returns happen. We want to make the process easy, to help you get back on the road fast!

Most products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are new, uninstalled, and with the original packaging.

Restocking Fees

• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• We’ll waive the restocking fees if:
  • We made a mistake or if the product was delivered defective
  • You decide to exchange your product with another product from our store (some restrictions apply)
• Shipping the item back is your responsibility and you will bear the cost

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged

• Products that have been installed on your vehicle
• Products that have been modified (drilled or altered in any way)

Returning An Item

Step 1: Submit A Request

Start the return from the order page.

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#)

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with:

• A Return Authorization Number (RMA#)
• An email with detailed return shipping instructions

This step may take 3 working days.

Step 3: Ship It Back

Pack everything that came with the product using its original packaging.

• Affix the return shipping label that we provided to the package. If we didn’t provide you with a return shipping label, make sure to include the RMA# on the package
• Ship the package to the address specified in the email you received from Step 2

Step 4: Receive A Refund or Replacement

After we receive your package, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 working days. You can expect to see the refund, less any applicable restocking fees, credited within 5-7 business days, to the payment method that you used when you originally placed your order. If you selected an exchange, we will ship your replacement promptly upon receipt of your returned item.

Immediate payment is required upon selecting "Buy It Now" or upon checking out through the cart.
We only accept payment via U.S. PayPal accounts. PayPal allows you to pay using a major credit card or direct transfer from your bank accounts. Sign up for a PayPal account by visiting www.paypal.com.

Sales Tax:

We are legally required to collect sales tax in those states and localities where we maintain a physical presence (nexus). The applicable amount of sales tax charged to an order will be calculated based on the shipment destination's state and local sales tax laws.

Sam's Motorsports ships to lower 48-states only UPS, FedEx, USPS, OnTrac and other shippers. Most products we sell are shipped free to your doorstep.

Notes:

• We are unable to modify shipping address, or items ordered once order is placed.
• We do not ship to PO Box or US territories.
• Products in the same order might ship separately from different warehouses.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your proximity to our warehouse.
• Orders placed before 2pm EST are usually shipped same day.
• If you are not available to receive the shipment at your address, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper to make other delivery arrangement.
• If you fail to accept delivery of an order, the order will be returned to us. You will be responsible for any cost associated with the returned order.
• "Free Shipping" applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.
