If a buyer needs to return an item, it must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it must include all items that were in the original package. Tag attached and no links removed on watches. If the returned item is missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, we can deduct the amount of loss and give the buyer only a partial refund. We have the right to deduct a restock fee of 10% if the item is being returned at no fault

All returns must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. This includes all documents and tags that were included with the watch or the purse.   Any return that has visible sign of wear, or are scratched in any way, or missing any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense, and the refund will not be issued.  If you are asking to return a Smartwatch,   it must don't have been used,   if for any reason you think it is defective,  please contact the manufacturer,  for the warranty will be with them and not the seller.   Thanks
