Very nice looking little boombox made by Aiwa. In very good condition. It is used and shows some signs of use and wear. Light scratches and scuffs. But overall very nice. No deep scratches or cracks to the body anywhere. 

Antenna is in good condition. Battery compartment is clean. Will include AC power cable. 

Radio works well. Good clear sound from both channels, both speakers. 

The reason this is being offered in AS-IS condition for Parts OR Repair = the cassette does work, it does play, but the wow and flutter is terrible. Will need repairs, likely a belt issue. I uploaded a short video to this listing (hope it works) showing the cassette playing and sounding.not great.
