* Returns: We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase on 100% NEW, unopened items only. If you send any item back that has been opened or used, you will be assessed up to a 50% restocking fee.
- Motors, Servos, and Speed Controllers (ESC) come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturer's defects.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a warranty service.
- If the motor, servo, or speed controller (ESC) is deemed a warranty, it will be repaired or replaced with the same model or an equivalent replacement.
- All warranties are only valid for the original purchaser.

Electronics:
Servos, Speed Controllers, and Electronics are covered by a 30-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is voided by evidence of alteration, modification, or human error.
- Warranty does not cover any signs of abuse or overuse of the voltage input.
- Please note that speed controllers and other electronic products are NOT Waterproof or Reverse Polarity Protected unless stated in the product details, and as such, this is NOT Covered Under Warranty.
- Changing or modifying receiver wires and plugs, battery, motor, servos, speed controllers, or any product with such connectors voids the manufacturer's warranty.
Motors:
- Brushless Motor sensor board deviation, rotor asymmetry, and Gauss reading variances, as well as Kv readings, are not covered or guaranteed under warranty.
- Sensor Boards are considered a wear item just like motor bearings.
- Rotor abuse, i.e., a snapped shaft, delamination, or cracking, is not covered under warranty.
Batteries:
Surpass USA allows Authorized Dealers to handle battery warranties directly.
Customer must include Photos of the battery with a Warranty Claim:
- Top
- Bottom
- Side
- Battery Connected to Charger, showing the battery and Charger Screen with Battery total voltage and individual cell voltages.
Batteries come with a 45-day warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase.
- Warranty covers dead cells or cells with voltage charge errors.
- Warranty does not cover puffed or swollen battery packs unless they are new and defective right out of the box. Puffed Batteries are due to user error.
- Warranty is void if the battery has been modified in any way, including changing the original connector.
- Surpass USA reverses the right to modify these rules.
* User assumes all responsibility when charging/discharging batteries and the use of a LiPo Heater.
