- genuine originals from the 1950's & possibly earlier. In addition, as shown, these have the small 'pinch guard' on the eyelet area only the originals have. The paint is mostly gone as can be expected. The wire portions are in excellent shape & have great tension. Nice set of hard to find original diaper safety pins! (stock 4H)
