- All payments will be processed through eBay’s payment system.
- Order must be paid for within 3 calendar days of order placement. If said item is not paid for, we reserve the right to cancel the order and relist the item. We will also file an “unpaid item claim” with eBay.
- Sales tax collected by eBay where applicable, we don't have any control over sales tax.
- All non-freight orders will be shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment, and will take up to 5 business days in transit. Orders placed on a holiday or weekend will be shipped on the following business day.
- Orders are shipped via USPS, or Flat rate. However, we reserve the right to change/choose a different shipping method/carrier.
- Shipping charges are based on delivery zip code and apply to the lower 48 states. Please ensure the correct zip code is entered to see accurate shipping prices.
- We have no control over shipping costs, taxes, customs fee, or tracking information for orders placed via eBays International Shipping Program. If you have any questions regarding your international order please contact eBay directly.
- Local pick-up is also available for all items although you MUST reach out ahead of time to ensure your order will be ready for pick-up.
Freight Shipping
- Large items such as but not limited to engines, transmissions, quarter panels, doors, bumpers, exhaust, headliner, axle assemblies, seat assemblies, cradles, etc. will be shipped via freight.
- All freight orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days as long as we have cleared payment and the necessary delivery information. Orders placed on a holiday or weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
- In the event that the buyer does not respond to freight carrier attempts to call and schedule, or misses his delivery appointment buyer will be responsible for redelivery fee which range between $100-$500 depending on the size and weight of the package.
- All freight shipments must be unpackaged and thoroughly inspected before signing for delivery.
- If an item arrives damaged, you must refuse delivery for us to be able to refund you. If you accept and sign for delivery your order will no longer be eligible for a refund.
- Your satisfaction is our priority and we stand behind all the parts we sell.
- We test and ensure each part we sell is in good working order. However, if you receive the part and it is damaged, not functioning correctly or if we missed something, please reach out as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.
- All items bear our mark and will be inspected once received by our shipping department. Only items with our mark will be processed for a refund.
- If the part is damaged during the shipping process, in order for us to file a damage claim you will be asked to provide proof that the carrier is at fault.
- We are not responsible for installation errors, labor expenses and/or any other expenses that you may incur.

- No returns on international orders.
- Any special-order items such as body cuts, frame cuts, etc. are final sale. No refunds will be issued.
