Original "International Heart" unframed textile by Alexander Girard for Herman Miller, c. 1967. Say "I love you" in nineteen different languages. Girard's "International Heart," was made for a very brief period and retired, never to be produced again. The textile fabric is a red cotton canvas with hemmed edges. Approximately 14"W x 15 3/8 "H. Vintage condition. Looks like it has been stored with right side folded and has an indentation folded line that is a tad lighter. Still gorgeous for your Girard art collection!
