1. Provides twelve OC (collector-open circuit) outputs and five optically isolated common-ground signal inputs.
2. Dual power supply design facilitates connection to an isolated power source, providing a non-common-ground independent power supply for the optically isolated circuit, achieving complete isolation between the front and rear stages. The isolation terminal operates at 5–12 VDC (other voltages require customisation).
3. Can be powered by a single +5 V supply, with no power required at the output terminals.
4. All output signals from the computer parallel port are shaped by Schmitt triggers to enhance the anti-interference performance of digital signal transmission.
5. Can be used with parallel port control software for industrial control applications.
6. Supports parallel port-based CNC control software such as KCAM4, MACH, and EMC, supporting up to 6 axes.
7. Can be used with all pulse and direction signal stepper and servo drives to control lathes and milling machines for CNC operation.
8. The input terminals can be connected to mechanical switches, slot-type optocouplers, proximity switches, tool setters, etc.
9. The signals on the interface board's P1-P17 ports correspond one-to-one with the computer parallel port's pins 1-17, while pins 18-25 of the parallel port are power ground.
