I describe items with no surprises. If you happen to get a surprise, please reach out, give me a holler and we’ll work it out. 

Shipping: 

I have a one business day shipping policy. I will be shipping the same way I would like them shipped to me. I ship via USPS, UPS, FEDEX depending on size, weight and location.

If you happen to get a package that was manhandled by a carrier, just remember, I handled your package with love. 

Returns:

I accept most returns within 30 days unless otherwise stated. You will get a full refund as long as I receive the item back in the exact same condition as it was received. If it is an HBA product it has to be returned unused and unopened. If you get a package damaged due to my handling, we’ll find the best solution to satisfy you.
