Brand new never used. This is a cool vintage piece that has the large utility cutter along with the poster. It also includes the one and 1/8 inch wire cutter. The tool does appear to be a little dusty and dirty. The blade, the spare blade inside the pack, rather appears to have some rust box on it. These are available either on my store or through Amazon for a very cheap price. Overall, the pieces appear to be in good usable and new condition, but are definitely dusty and dirty and the packaging is not mint.
