We source eyeglass frames from optical stores and retail establishments that are making room for new models. As a result, you can trust the authenticity of the eyeglass frames you purchase from Apex Optical.

 

• Our eyeglasses are guaranteed authentic! Fakes are junk, we would never sell them! Our business stands on these principles.

 

• All of our listings are for "New with tags" or "New without tags" items. For a unique offering of vintage and pre-owned eyeglasses and sunglasses, take a look at our sister-store on eBay, called FrameQuest.

 

• We take high-res images so you can (and should) see clearly what you are getting. We do not use stock photos. What you see in the listing images is what you receive.

 

• You can only use your current eyeglass and sunglass lenses in the exact same model and brand you already have. Just because the frames claim to have the same dimensions, the shape won't be identical. This is the cause of most returns, so double check before you order. If you broke your frames, you can use the lenses in a new frame, but only an identical brand-model-size frame.

 

• Yes, the Rx you need can be filled by an online lens provider. We use one exclusively for our personal eyeglasses and would be happy to provide you with their contact information. They are reliable and do wonderful work at a very competitive price.

 

• The majority of our frames come with demo lenses and the price stickers from the establishment we received them from. Sometimes frames don't have the demo lenses. If this is important to you, please ask and we'll check!

 

• We pack your frames with care! Our shipping boxes are made specifically for frames, and bubble wrap protects them within the container until they arrive at your door. If you place an order by 11:00 a.m., ET, Monday through Friday, we typically ship out the same day, and always prior to the end of the next business day.

 

• And, shop with confidence. If you do not love your frames, you can return them for a refund within 30 days. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
