This issue is in the condition mentioned in the title; it has been bagged and boarded.  Stored in a smoke-free, temperature controlled, low humidity environment.  The book will ship bagged and boarded in a package that will help protect from damage.  The attached photos are photos of the actual comic book for sale, so that you can see the condition.  This item is a great addition to any comic book collection.
