This bag must be one the rarest Tumi's. I looked all over the internet and I haven't seen anything like it. It is very well made and very functional.

The bag converts from a medium-sized tote to a carry all / weekender tote.

Without expansion, the bag measures 13" X 14" X 5"

Magnetic closures on the sides and zipper on the bottom to bring it to a smaller tote.

With the expansion, it measures approximately 21"  X 14" X 9"  and huge room inside.

Except for a couple of light scuffs, the bag is in great condition .
