Return & Refund Policy

Please contact us before opening a return case so we can assist and resolve your issue promptly. If a mattress has been opened and unrolled, it can still be returned, however:
-A courier collection charge may apply. (This is because standard couriers cannot accept a mattress once it has expanded/unrolled) If the mattress is still boxed, sealed, and still rolled:
-No fee applies.
-You can return it through ParcelForce by dropping it off at any Post Office or ParcelForce depot.
-All returns must be in clean, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

Ordering Terms & Conditions

-Please ensure that your bed uses UK standard sizes, as all our mattresses are made to UK measurements only.
-If unsure, message us with your current mattress dimensions, and we'll help find the correct size for you.
-Mattress firmness is subjective and varies from person to person.
-We offer two main firm foam grades, listed on each product page.
-If you need help choosing the right firmness, our team is more than happy to guide you.

Dispatch & Shipping Policy

-All mattresses are roll-packed for easier transport, handling, and delivery.
- Rock hard mattress that is 8 inch or more in depth, will be flat packed (not rolled) and will be sent using a private courier due to weight and size.
-Orders are dispatched within 1 working day.
-Shipped on a ParcelForce 24-hour service.
-Courier delays due to weather, traffic, depot issues, or operational delays are outside our control once dispatched.
-If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist and follow up with the courier.
-Certain postcodes (e.g., BT, AB, Channel Islands, Jersey, etc.) may incur additional courier fees ? we will contact you if required.
