I'm listing this tea set as new because I am sure it is in the original packaging; however, it looks like the glue on the plastic cover has dried up over the years and someone stapled it back together. I found this at an estate sale in a barn that was VERY dirty, and it is possible some dust might be on the pieces. It is very old as far as I can tell. There is no brand name that I can find.
