Many of our products are new, in their original products, however some are out of the packaging or in a used condition. 

If we are unsure whether a product is functioning, if an item is out of its packaging and used, or it arrives from the retailer to us stating it is broken, these will be sold as for parts or not working. We do not fully test the items, so therefore if we cannot guarantee it will work it will be sold for parts. This may mean you receive an item that is in fully functional condition, or an item may not work at all. We only conduct very basic power-on testing, so we will not be able to identify exactly what is wrong with an item.

All products are individually inspected, audited and photographed before being dispatched, to ensure they are sent out in the condition as advertised.

Items can only be returned for a full refund if they are returned in the same condition as purchased, any items that have been taken out of their original packaging or altered cannot be returned.
