This is a bright & beautiful Railking O Chesse SW-9 switcher set, with Protosound 2.0 digital control, sound & multiple lighting features in the powered unit.  The calf unit and the caboose have lights only.  The models come with original boxes, showing standard shelf wear. The original instruction manuals are included, as is the original spare front plow.

All features have been tested and confirmed to be fully operational - please see the pictured maintenance ticket for specifics.

This engine has also been upgraded with a J&W Electronics 9v BCR, thus preventing future dead battery problems for the life of the engine.

Please note that this model is equipped with a ProtoSound 2.0 5v board from MTH Trains.  While the majority of these boards have been running perfectly well for decades, certain batches of boards have had components fail over long-term use.  This particular engine has been fully tested and has shown no signs of any defects, yet it is recommended that any buyer thoroughly operate the model during the 30-day warranty period, in order to ensure any issues that may arise can be dealt with quickly and painlessly.
