Hi, this is a fun tissue box cover and dispenser with a sunflower design! It is new and unused. It's designed for the tissues to come out of the tea pot spout. Cute for any room in the house. All fabric constructed. Approximately 6 1/2 inches tall including the top. About 12 inches wide including the handle and the spout. It slips over a square tissue box. Very cute!
